- proper shoes (i.e. Non-slippery) - Equip a small backpack along way during your adventure to carry out water and snacks - Waterproof your equipment if necessary (I.e. Mobile or camera) - Spare clothes and a towel - A camera to document your adventure. - Gym gloves. - Sunglasses. - Sunblock

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking - To complete your registration please proceed in signing our waiver: https://waiver.fr/p-jb4Pv - This adventure operates daily in high season between March and November - You don’t need a prior experience in swimming, we will provide you with a life jacket, and the guides will be around you for help. - The jumps in the wadi are optional. The guide will give you the instructions before you try one of them. - If you wear sunglasses or contact lenses, please let the guides know at the meeting point. - We advise you not to bring valuable things or it will be better to leave them at the car. - To avoid the delay in starting the adventure we recommend you to have your adventure outfit already on you from home. - Let the guides know if you have any kind of phobia or any health issues. - Due to safety reasons, you will not be allowed to join the adventure if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. - During winter water will be cold, it is highly recommended to wear at least 5mm wetsuit to keep you warm all the way. - This adventure depends on the weather condition, it might be cancelled due to bad weather. - If the adventure cancelled due to bad weather condition, you will have the choice to postponed, join another adventure or refund you the full amount. - Lunch will be served immediately after we finish the adventure at the canyon exit. - There is a rest room at the lunch place where you can change your clothes or you can wait till you finish your lunch and go back to the meeting point. - We will drive through scenic places where at some point, the road gets really winding so let the guide know if you have car sickness - You do not need a 4-wheel car to reach the meeting point. - We can provide you with transportation from to Muscat - Meeting point at Muscat at A’Sahwa gardens at 5:50am https://goo.gl/maps/gDzkVAwSHeK2 - We provide pickup surfaces for tourist from their hotels - Transportation fees = RO 5.00 per person
